How Dune Got Cheated in The City of Ember

The city of ember has a 4-star rating. What kept it from 5-stars? In my opinion dune should have the main character. The book would have gotten 5-stars and have a whole different point of view. The book would get 5-stars and would be one of New York's top selling books.
Dune should have been the main character because. He is smart creative and works near the generator. You could have gotten a better view of the condition of the city. Dune could have been that found the box. Dune could have been the person who gave his thought about the city like in the book instead of Lina. Dune was a lot like Lina so the book would change to much but the view on the city would be much better.
Lina was really main character. Lina gave good views and interesting things. Still Lina did not show a good view of were the city was really in trouble the generator and pipe works. Also Dine came up with most of the ideas. Lina put the map together but Dune still helped. Lina all she did was run back and forth in the city. You got to see what it was like above. To understand the peoples suffering. But dune could have shown that and the condition of the underground. Lina had vary little ideas compared to Dune. Without Dune they would have never found the way out.
City of Ember is a 4-star book that isn't bad. 5-stars is much better than 4 and the author could have gotten that if she made Dune the main character. If I were the author I would have made him the main character. That is in my opion the only reason that the City of Ember is a 4star book not a 5-star book.
